With your off-road vehicle and your BE licence you tow a horse trailer with a permitted maximum mass of exactly 3,500 kg along the A28 towards Drachten. No other signs apply. What is your maximum speed there?

1. 90 km/h, because the trailer is not heavier than 3,500 kg
2. 80 km/h, because from 3,500 kg the 90 no longer applies
3. 100 km/h, because that is the maximum with a trailer on the motorway
