Legislation
About B licence: three limits at once: which statement is WRONG?
The minimum age for category B is 18. 2toDrive is supervised driving from age 17, not independent authorisation.
Between a 3,500 kg and a 4,250 kg combination, a B licence with code 96 is enough; BE is not the minimum there.
With a B licence you may drive a vehicle for any number of passengers, as long as the mass stays under 3,500 kg.
Up to 750 kg is always allowed; heavier is only allowed if the COMBINATION's mass stays at or under 3,500 kg.
Explanation
trap: one-limit-covers-everything. Category B applies to vehicles for at most 8 passengers, excluding the driver, in addition to the mass limit
