Signs, markings, lights & authority

About Special markings: yellow lines, bus strips, block markings, filter lanes: which statement is correct?

Along a yellow line you may always stop briefly, as long as you are not parking — regardless of whether the line is solid or broken.
Temporarily placed road-surface signs outrank other road-surface signs already there, insofar as they are incompatible.
Block markings (staggered white blocks) forbid overtaking, just like a solid line.
A bus strip marked 'BUS' may only be used by scheduled buses.

Explanation

trap: permanent confused with authoritative. Temporarily placed road-surface signs outrank other road-surface signs already there, insofar as they are incompatible. During roadworks only the temporary (yellow) marking counts
