Signs, markings, lights & authority

At a junction in Zutphen a yellow light is flashing above the road. There are shark's teeth on your road. A car approaches from the left on the crossing road. What do you do?

You drive on: the flashing light decides here who goes first
You drive on: without a working traffic light, right goes first
You let the car from the left go first: the shark's teeth apply

Explanation

False — you read the yellow flashing light as a priority rule. A yellow flashing light only says: dangerous spot, take care. Priority here follows from the shark's teeth, so you let traffic on the crossing road go first. Book p.55.
