Signs, markings, lights & authority

In Utrecht you drive in the left-turn lane towards a junction with traffic lights. The light above your lane shows an arrow to the left; to the right of the carriageway there is a cycle path with its own cycle light. What applies to you? (Multiple answers possible.)

The light with the arrow applies only to traffic turning left
At yellow you must stop, even if you are already too close to stop safely
If the cycle light turns green, you may drive too, even though your own light is red
At green you do not enter the junction if you cannot get off it

Explanation

False — you follow a light that is not for you. The cycle light applies to cyclists, moped riders on the cycle path and disabled vehicles, not to cars. You only drive when your own light is green. Book p.53-55.
