Priority, junctions & roundabouts

About Equal-rank junction: no sign, but still a rule: which statement is WRONG?

Braking decides nothing; the tram goes first, then the rechts-regel.
Drivers must give way to trams, 'regardless of which direction the tram comes from'.
At an equal-rank junction you must also always let pedestrians crossing from the right go first, just like drivers.
'At equal-rank junctions there are no signs or markings that regulate priority.' No sign is precisely the defining feature of this junction type; the rechts-regel then applies automatically, without any sign.

Explanation

trap: wrong target group. Book p.105 - the rechts-regel speaks of 'drivers coming from the right'; pedestrian crossing behaviour is governed by other rules (priority at crossings), not by this atom's rechts-regel
