Priority, junctions & roundabouts

At a junction in Delfzijl you want to turn left. An oncoming driver goes straight ahead (not turning). What do you do?

I give way to the straight-ahead oncoming driver — this is the ordinary turning rule, not 'right-turn before left-turn'.
I go first, because right-turn always wins over left-turn.

Explanation

Wrong — trap: right-turn-always-wins. This driver goes straight ahead, not right — the ordinary turning rule applies (Book p.110), not the right-turn-before-left-turn exception (Book p.111).
