Priority, junctions & roundabouts

At a junction with traffic lights in Loppersum you drive onto the junction at green. From the right a driver runs the red light and is already halfway onto the junction. What applies?

Your green light gives you priority, but you brake to avoid a collision
You must give him priority, because he is already on the junction
He has priority, because he comes from the right and that beats the light

Explanation

False — already being on the junction gives no priority. Whoever enters at green need not give way to someone running the red light; you do still avoid a collision. (RULINGS.md R-h03-1 (LAW-VERIFIED); VekaBest p.46, p.110 (ondersteunend))
