Priority, junctions & roundabouts

It is rush hour on a busy roundabout in Denekamp. You want to leave the roundabout to the right. On the cycle lane to your right a cyclist is riding who keeps following the roundabout. What do you do?

Turn off without signalling; in rush hour people see it anyway
Signal, let the cyclist go first and then turn off
Signal and turn off; the cyclist has to watch out for me

Explanation

False — you do not treat the cyclist as through traffic. Whoever leaves the roundabout lets the traffic that keeps following it go first, including a cyclist on the cycle lane (Book p.85-86).
