Special road sections

About The woonerf: 15 km/h, pedestrians on the road, restricted parking: which statement is WRONG?

On a woonerf pedestrians are explicitly allowed to walk on the roadway; that is exactly what distinguishes the woonerf from an ordinary street.
On a woonerf you may park anywhere, as long as you do not obstruct anyone.
On a woonerf the maximum speed is 15 km/h, not 30.
The entrance to or exit from a woonerf is usually an inrit/uitrit; then the inrit/uitrit rule applies: you must give way to all road users, not only traffic from the right.

Explanation

trap: informal impression mistaken for the actual rule. Book p.89 - you may only park on your own property or on a place marked with a P. 'Not obstructing anyone' is not a substitute rule
