Special road sections

At a Multimate in Fijnaart you turn off towards the car park. The kerb is not lowered. A moped rider is approaching on the cycle path and a pedestrian is walking on the pavement past the entrance. What do you do?

You let the moped rider go first; the pedestrian waits for you
You let both the moped rider and the pedestrian pass first
You drive on: without a lowered kerb this is not an inrit

Explanation

False — you treat the lowered kerb as a hard condition. A road that only leads to a car park is an inrit even without a lowered kerb, and whoever drives into an inrit lets everyone go first (Book p.88).
