Special road sections

You leave the Multimate car park in Fijnaart over a flat access road without a lowered kerb or inrit blocks. A pedestrian is walking past the exit on the pavement and a car is approaching from the left on the main road. What do you do?

You let the car from the left go first; the pedestrian waits for you
You let the pedestrian and then the car from the left go first
You go first: without a lowered kerb you are simply coming from the right

Explanation

False — you think only a lowered kerb or inrit blocks make an uitrit. A road that only leads to a car park is an uitrit even without those features; whoever leaves it lets all road users go first (Book p.88).
