Stopping, parking & queues

About Standing still or parking: the difference: which statement is WRONG?

The criterion is the PURPOSE of the stop, not its duration.
Standing still only applies to the IMMEDIATE getting in/out of a passenger who is already there.
Sign E2 in fact forbids ALL standing still (and therefore also parking); only sign E1 still allows standing still for loading/unloading or getting in/out.
Stopping for a red light, giving way, or being in a traffic jam is also a form of "parking".

Explanation

trap: necessary-stop-is-parking. Book p.159 - stopping for a red traffic light, to give way, or in a traffic jam falls under NEITHER concept. It is not a voluntary act, so it can never violate a parking or standing-still ban
