About Standing still or parking: the difference: which statement is WRONG?
The criterion is the PURPOSE of the stop, not its duration.
'Standing still' (unlike parking) is always allowed, everywhere — a standing-still ban does not exist.
Stopping for a red traffic light, to give way, or in a traffic jam falls under NEITHER concept.
Standing still only applies to the IMMEDIATE getting in/out of a passenger who is already there.
Explanation
trap: standing-still-is-untouchable. Sign E2 in fact forbids ALL standing still (and therefore also parking); only sign E1 still allows standing still for loading/unloading or getting in/out. Which sign carries which meaning is taught in verbod.bord_E1_E2
