Stopping, parking & queues

About Standing still or parking: the difference: which statements are correct? (multiple answers possible)

Someone who loads or unloads goods for twenty minutes on end is no longer standing still but parking: standing still has a time limit.
The criterion is the PURPOSE of the stop, not its duration.
'Standing still' (unlike parking) is always allowed, everywhere — a standing-still ban does not exist.
Stopping for a red traffic light, to give way, or in a traffic jam falls under NEITHER concept.

Explanation

trap: duration-as-fictional-limit. The book sets no time limit on standing still; as long as the act itself is the immediate loading/unloading, it remains standing still (Book p.159).
