Stopping, parking & queues

In Veenendaal two delivery vans stand side by side. At van 1 the driver waits a quarter of an hour outside a house until the recipient, who is not yet home, opens the door. From van 2 a colleague who was already ready gets out in twenty seconds. Which van is parked and which van is standing still?

Van 1 is parked, because it is waiting; van 2 is standing still, because someone gets out immediately
Both are standing still, because waiting at van 1 for someone who is still to come is standing still
Both are standing still, because van 1 also stays no longer than a quarter of an hour

Explanation

False — You look at the duration instead of the purpose. Standing still is only getting in or out, or loading and unloading, straight away; waiting for something that still has to happen is parking, however short (Book p.159).
