About Environmental zone versus zero-emission zone: who may enter?: which statement is WRONG?

Regulation verified 2026-07-10 - a hybrid commercial vehicle running on fossil fuel does not get automatic access; it follows the emission-class transition rules (Euro 5 until 1-1-2027, Euro 6 until 1-1-2028; new vans emission-free from 1-1-2025).
These are two separate rules with a different target group: environmental zone affects private cars, commercial vehicles, trucks and buses (diesel); zero-emission zone affects only vans and trucks (commercial).
Regulation (verified 2026-07-10) - the zero-emission zone applies to vans and trucks (commercial transport), NOT to private cars.
An environmental zone is only for diesel trucks; ordinary private cars may always enter.

Explanation

trap: target-group narrowing. Book p.202 - the environmental zone is a banned area for private cars, commercial vehicles, trucks OR buses with a diesel engine. A diesel private car is therefore included
