The model: The parking-ban zone, the parking disc and the parking garage

A parking-ban zone applies to both sides of the road, even if the entry sign stands on only one side (Book p.165). That differs from a loose E1 or E2 sign, which only governs the side where the sign stands. In that same zone it often also applies: parking disc mandatory for vehicles with more than 2 wheels, arrival time rounded up to the next whole or half hour.
