معنای قانونی

Closed to riders, cattle, carts, motor vehicles that cannot or may not travel faster than 25 km/h and microcars, as well as bicycles, mopeds and disabled persons' vehicles.

At the start of the closed stretch, right after the junction, on the right; usually at the entry of a busy road.

The sign often stands at a busy road without a separate cycle path. Trap: candidates think only riders are excluded because of the horse in the pictogram.
