The exam asks whom this sign covers: mopeds, light mopeds and disabled vehicles, but not cyclists and not motorcycles. Trap: candidates think a light moped counts as a bicycle and may enter; the light moped is precisely included. A motorised disabled vehicle is also excluded unless a plate exempts it.
