What the exam asks about this sign
The question is who may not enter: any motor vehicle with a trailer, so also a car with a caravan or a motorcycle with a trailer. A lorry without a trailer may. Trap: candidates think a small trailer (under 750 kg) is exempt, but the sign makes no weight distinction unless a plate does.
Often confused with

C17— Over-length vehicles: a combination can also be too long. - Closed to vehicles heavier than the mass shown on sign.
