تابلو کجا نصب می‌شود

Just before the junction or the closed carriageway it covers, on the right or straight opposite the approach.

The question is which directions are allowed: left or right, not straight on. The sign often stands at the end of a road meeting a crossing road or at a closed carriageway. Trap: candidates confuse it with D3 (pass on either side), which stands on a traffic island.
